In the implementation of the first-year career development curriculum for the 2021 batch of new students, the Center for Character Education and Career Development (PPKPK) of Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM) collaborated with Anima Consulting to organize the Talent Mapping activity. This was done to discover the interests, talents, and potential of the new students in the 2021 batch that can be developed in the following years. The activity took place from October 18th to October 30th, 2021, and was inaugurated by the head of Institution for Learning Development & Education Quallity Assurance (ILDEQA) UTM, Dr. Kurniati Indahsari, or commonly known as Bu Iin, on October 18th, 2021. In her opening remarks, she highlighted the Career Development and Mentoring Program for UTM students organized by the Center for Character Education and Career Development under the auspices of the Institution for Learning Development & Education Quallity Assurance (ILDEQA) (LP3MP-UTM). The program aims to prepare students to face the challenges of the post-graduation job market. Given the dynamics of the current job market, there is a need for career mentoring to anticipate the gap between the realities of job market demands and needs. In fact, the development of a career mentoring model has been incorporated and formulated in the form of a career curriculum. In the first year of the program, the mission is to develop competency in self-awareness.

Separately, the head of the Center for Character Education and Career Development (PPKPK) is Institution for Learning Development & Education Quallity Assurance (ILDEQA) UTM, Achmad Khozaimi, S.Kom., M.Kom., stated that this activity is a series of events organized by PPKPK UTM, and the talent mapping program is a crucial part of the implementation of the career development curriculum developed by the UTM career development team. PPKPK has two main teams, namely the Career Development Center team and the Character Education Center team, which organizes character education activities in the UTM student dormitories.

For your information, the Center for Character Education and Career Development Institution for Learning Development & Education Quality Assurance (ILDEQA) UTM currently has two curricula:

1. Character Education Curriculum (UTM APiK)

2. Career Development Curriculum (in the process of approval by the UTM Rector)

The Career Development Curriculum is divided into four main parts: 1) the first year for new students through the self-awareness program by recognizing their potential, interests, and talents (this year, through the Talent Mapping program); 2) the second year focuses on clarity for students after receiving guidance to identify clear career interests; 3) the third year strengthens career interests according to their desired careers; and 4) the fourth year, when students are prospective graduates, they begin to actualize their careers. The hope is that in the future, the process of student career mentoring will be more organized and targeted.

Related: thomas and thomas zone vs orvis recon, field mcconnell wiki, directions to o’hare airport no tolls, bugs at utah lake, dynasty players to trade for 2022, famous florida surfers, 55 cedar ridge drive east hampton, importance of multimedia in entertainment, work from home jobs ogden, are you a narcissist or an empath color test, deborah jowitt comment on the times, directing fellowships 2022, michael robertson cleveland ohio, rust monthly wipe servers, bbc 100 genders full list,Related: steve mandell party city net worth, hilltop crips mugshots, john deere filter cross reference to fleetguard, used park models for sale mesa az, omega engineering tim lloyd, natick high school obituaries, sibling experimentation guilt, qantas seat belt extender, moat mount secondary school mill hill, benefits of becoming a shriner, behr mineral undertones, connecticut state senate districts map, utah turf buyback program, john knowles wife, unl carrying weapon texas,Related: dr laura siriusxm schedule, how to hold on loosely in a relationship, corbett school district superintendent, dylan klebold funeral, how to make quinine from grapefruit, apellidos ingleses antiguos, anthony hankerson espn, sample response to position statement eeoc, difference between list and loll, heart quilt table runner, is impeachment an effective check on the president, jamie o’sullivan son of richard, if i tell you, i have to kill you quote, epson c88+ print head removal, jungle punch strain genetics,Related: wilt chamberlain physicals, tropoelastin allergan, ga form 500 instructions 2020, hortensia matilda lines, providence, ri mugshots 2020, is oil of olay made in thailand, veruca salt dad charlie and the chocolate factory, johnny’s lakefront kitchen and bar onalaska, tx, numrich m16 parts kit, fink funeral home connellsville, pa, websites like 3dtuning, club car luxury seats, who sings everytime i roll the dice, browning bar shorttrac replacement stock, invitation homes credit score requirements,Related: why ukraine gave up nuclear weapons, mary diroma, du gymnastics summer camp 2022, meadow lane elementary principal, husqvarna zero turn grease points, bacon and onion suet pudding in microwave, cup libera professione bologna, charles wright austin high parents, chicago trading company salary, home decorators collection led light replacement, substitute for knorr leek soup mix, pisces sun taurus moon universal tao, shawn dekarian basketball, joe torre wife, how to respond when someone calls you a joke,Related: recent obituaries in keyser, wv, how did james goldstein make his money, application insights client ip address, byu track and field recruiting standards, open golf hospitality, harold’s sauce recipe, cameron johnson photo arpana jinaga, southern lawn weeds identification, pomeranian rescue tennessee, alena maze and tom mcdonnell, shooting in hollister, ca last night, swiftui text editor keyboard scroll, sedgwick county zoo donation request, wolfgang candy catalog, 2017 ford escape coolant location,Related: jeff okudah parents, kevin frakes jonathan frakes, find a symbol by drawing it, google apps script login to website, lorie ladd net worth, list of wichita obituaries, palmer high school yearbook, how to rotate camera in microsoft teams, state id front and back generator, clinton county daily news obituaries, why did julie white leave ncis: hawaii, medical inventions that haven’t been invented, kpep inmate search, atlanta nightclubs 1990s, naruto voice changer,
