The Applied Approach (AA) is important in developing lecturer professionalism because the curriculum set by DIKTI is in line with the mandate of Law no. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers states that the workload of lecturers includes main activities, namely planning, implementing processes, assessing learning outcomes, mentoring and training, as well as conducting research. Apart from that, carrying out additional duties and serving the community. The AA program is a training program designed by the Directorate General of Higher Education to improve pedagogical competence for lecturers. In line, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura in collaboration with Surabaya State University carried out AA training for 37 (thirty seven) lecturers on 1st – 11th August 2023 in a bold manner.
